Fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, and any form of match manipulation are strictly prohibited on 2jbt. 2jbt reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where such activity is detected.

Single Account Policy: Each Player is entitled to maintain one (1) Account on the 2jbt Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account — whether directly or through a third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 2jbt reserves the right to close all such Accounts and void any associated bets, bonuses, and winnings without prior notice.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. You must notify 2jbt immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
Account Verification (KYC): 2jbt may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and evidence of the payment method used. Processing of withdrawal requests may be delayed until KYC verification is complete.
Inactive Accounts: An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered inactive. 2jbt reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rs 200 to inactive Accounts until the balance reaches zero or activity resumes, whichever occurs first. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.
Accepted Payment Methods: 2jbt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT (TRC20 network). All Account balances are held and transacted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for USDT transactions.
Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay) and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers. Minimum deposit thresholds for USDT transactions are displayed at the time of deposit.
Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is pending or where a withdrawal is flagged for security review. 2jbt does not charge a fee on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until sufficient funds are available.
Funds Security: All Player funds are held in accounts segregated from 2jbt's operational funds. Your deposited balance is not used for the operator's business purposes and is available for withdrawal subject to these Terms.
All sports bets placed on the 2jbt Platform are governed by these general betting rules and any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed at the point of bet placement. In the event of any conflict, sport-specific rules take precedence over these general rules.
All casino and live dealer games available on the 2jbt Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or real physical dealing equipment (for live dealer games), as applicable. Return to Player (RTP): The theoretical Return to Player percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is available in each game's information panel. Actual results will vary from the theoretical RTP over any given session.
Technical Failures: In the event of a disconnection, system error, or technical fault during a casino game round, the outcome will be determined based on the state of the game at the point the fault was detected. Where an outcome cannot be fairly determined, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account. 2jbt accepts no liability for losses caused by technical issues on the Player's device, browser, or internet connection.

Any unauthorised use of 2jbt intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2jbt's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits 2jbt's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2jbt collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected during registration and KYC — including CNIC data, date of birth, and payment method information — is retained for the period required by our licensing obligations and applicable anti-money laundering regulations, typically a minimum of five (5) years from Account closure.
2jbt does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, identity verification partners, and fraud prevention services where required for operational, legal, or compliance purposes.
